How Can I Use This Kit?
Simply find a quiet place to lie down, place each one over the corresponding chakra, and chill for 15 minutes. Let the stones, Great Spirit, and your own willingness to see/vibe differently shine through. Drink a bit more water than usual to help the new understandings sink in easier.
