Invented by mystical researcher Leonard Orr in the 60s, and blessed by the immortal guru Haidakkhan Babaji, this breathwork modality is how I began my spiritual path when I was 19. It is fabulous for healing at a deep emotional energetic level and letting go of deep traumas that hold you back through the breath. We do this in a safe, trusting, loving environment, whether in person or online. Super powerful session to rebirth, restore, heal, process change, and experience high spiritual states.
